**Premium flame-retardant underlay:** FlameGuard underlay rolls feature a combustion-modified foam core bonded to a tough polymer film, delivering high levels of fire resistance and durability.
**Marine‑grade construction:** At 11 m long, 1.37 m wide and 6 mm thick, this heavy-duty underlay meets rigorous standards for marine and contract installations while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The density (~95 kg/m³) and weight (approx. 1.015 kg/m²) give carpets superior cushioning and support.
**Certified safety and performance:** Independently tested to EC 96/98/EC, EN 13501 Bfl‑s1, IMO 653 and BS 5808:1991 fire safety requirements. Thermal resistance of around 1.4 tog and sound reduction of 32 dB help insulate rooms against heat loss and impact noise.
**Versatile applications:** Designed for marine cabins, hotels, offices, theatres and other high-traffic areas where flame retardancy is critical. Also suitable for domestic use under carpets to add comfort, reduce noise and extend carpet life.
