Not necessarily. Send whatever you have and our design team will assess it and advise. High-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) produce the sharpest results, but we can often work with lower-resolution files for larger mat sizes where exact pixel-level sharpness matters less.
Can I match my exact brand colour?
Yes. Provide your Pantone reference, HEX code, RAL number, or even a branded document and we will match it. We have access to 16.8 million colour options through our digital printing process.
What if I don't like the proof?
Request as many amendments as you need at the proof stage — we will revise until you are completely happy. Production only begins once you give written approval. No surprises.
How long does it take?
We send your digital proof within 24 working hours of receiving your artwork. Once you approve, production takes 5–7 working days with delivery immediately after.
Can I get a circular or custom-shaped mat?
Circular, oval, and shaped mats are available on request. Contact us before ordering to discuss custom shapes and we will provide a quote.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum regularly. For deeper cleaning, machine wash on a delicate cycle at maximum 60°C with low spin. Dry flat, never tumble dry. The polyamide pile and Greenflex PVC backing are designed to withstand repeated washing without colour loss or delamination.
Can I order multiple sizes with the same design?
Yes. Add each size to your cart separately and include a note that they share the same artwork. We will apply the same design across all mats and send a single proof showing all sizes for approval.
What if it arrives and the colour doesn't match?
We stand behind our Pantone and HEX matching. If the delivered mat does not match the approved proof, contact us and we will reprint at no charge.
Washing & Care Guide
- Vacuum daily — the more regularly the mat is vacuumed, the more effective it is and the longer it looks new
- Spot-treat stains with a mild non-aggressive detergent and lukewarm water, then rinse clean
- Machine wash on a delicate cycle, low spin, maximum 60°C — do not wash folded, lay flat in the drum
