How Ordering a Custom Logo Mat Works
- Pick a size and order online. Measure the clear floor space inside the door and allow a few centimetres each side so the mat lies flat and the door swings over it.
- Email your logo. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result, but a good-quality PNG or JPG works too. Tell us your Pantone or HEX references if you have them.
- Approve your proof. A designer lays out your artwork and emails a scaled digital proof within 24 working hours. Change anything you like, as many times as you need.
- Production and delivery. Your mat is printed and finished in 5–7 working days from approval, then dispatched by tracked courier.
What Makes a Commercial-Grade Logo Mat
Budget printed mats use a thin polyester pile on a foam back and look tired within months. Our logo mats use a 6mm heatset polyamide pile tufted at 165,000 points per m² (950 g/m²), bonded to a 2mm, 2,200 g/m² anti-slip PVC backing for a total weight of around 3,150 g/m². The pile holds up to 2.53 litres of water per m², the construction carries a Cfl-s1 fire rating, and the dye-sublimation print sits inside the fibre rather than on the surface, so it does not crack, peel or rub away under footfall. An optional 15mm plain border is available, the mat is machine washable, and sizing is held to ±2.5cm.

Allow 24 working hours for your proof and 5–7 working days for production after you approve it, plus courier delivery. Tell us if you are working to a deadline such as a school opening or an event and we will advise before you order.
Will the colours match my brand guidelines?
Yes. Send your Pantone or HEX references and the mat is printed to match. If the delivered mat does not match the proof you approved, it is reprinted at no charge.
Can a logo mat go outside?
Under a porch or canopy, yes. For fully exposed areas use rubber entrance matting outside and keep the logo mat inside the door.
How do I keep it looking new?
Vacuum regularly and machine wash it when it needs a deep clean, following the care guidance on the product page. Dry flat and never tumble dry.
Can I get a VAT invoice or account terms?
