Installation & Maintenance
For loose-lay use, simply cut to size using a sharp utility knife and lay flat. For permanent installation, use a suitable flooring adhesive on the backing. For matwell installations, drop into the recessed frame — the 10mm depth sits nearly flush with most standard 17mm matwell frames when used alongside an appropriate frame or inset tray.
To maintain: vacuum regularly using a commercial upright vacuum. For deeper cleaning, the polypropylene fibre can be scrubbed with warm water and mild detergent, or extracted using a commercial carpet cleaning machine. The synthetic construction means it will not shrink, distort, or degrade when cleaned with water.
