Class 1 Electrical Safety Mat – 7.5 kV Rated, 3 mm Rubber Insulation Mat

Ensure reliable protection when working with high‑voltage equipment. Our IEC 61111 Class 1 electrical insulation matting provides certified protection up to 7.5 kV with a generous safety margin. Manufactured from durable rubber elastomer, it is 3 mm thick and 1 m wide, offering a flexible barrier that insulates operators from earth potential. The fine ribbed surface delivers extra grip underfoot, and the white colour code makes the Class 1 rating easy to identify. Tested to 20 kV in accordance with BS EN 61111:2009.

Constructed from premium EPDM rubber compound, Class 1 safety matting is 3 mm thick and 1 m wide. A fine‑ribbed surface on top provides anti‑slip grip, while a cloth‑impression backing improves stability on smooth floors. Each roll is colour‑coded white to identify its Class 1 rating.

Our mats are manufactured and tested to BS EN 61111:2009 / IEC 61111 standards. Every batch is tested at 20 kV and assigned a safe working voltage of 7.5 kV. These rigorous tests give maintenance teams confidence when working around electrical equipment.
