Ensure maximum protection when working with high voltage equipment using our IEC 61111 Class 2 electrical insulation matting. Manufactured from high‑quality rubber elastomer, this heavy‑duty mat is 4 mm thick and 1 m wide, providing a sturdy barrier that insulates operators from dangerous voltages. The mat has been tested up to 30,000 V and has a safe working voltage of 17,000 V, delivering a generous safety margin for industrial environments. Manufactured from durable EPDM rubber, this Class 2 mat is colour‑coded yellow to identify its 17 kV rating. It is resistant to acids, oils, ozone and flame, ensuring long‑term performance in harsh industrial environments. The fine‑ribbed top surface provides slip resistance, while the cloth impression on the reverse improves stability on smooth floors.

Each roll is fully tested to IEC/BS EN 61111:2009 with a dielectric test at 30 kV and surface proof test at 20 kV, giving workers confidence when operating around live equipment.
